Skill Training Centres for Bharat Workforce

Skill Training Centres for Bharat Workforce

The young and vibrant India is fast becoming the hub of skilled workforce for businesses of all scales. A quick stat check - India’s skilled workforce sees an annual growth of 15-20%, helping businesses produce more, expand to new markets and rake in strong revenues.

However, there’s a lot more than meets the eye. Bharat Workforce or say the ones who work in unorganised sector leave work due to various reasons, including the lack of skills-based training. That somewhat dampens India’s aspirations of achieving the ‘Developed Economy’ status by 2047.

The unorganised sector constitutes over 90% of India’s overall workforce. India’s total workforce stands at 52.40 crore. Imagine 90% and a lot of them lack the skills required to drive India on the global landscape.

As per the information sourced from the National Institute of Skill Development, nearly 30 crore people are either under-employed or not employed.

The role of skill training centres for the Bharat Workforce thus assumes enormous significance in India’s bid for a ‘Developed Country’ status by 2047. Check out how these skill training centres are helping India add to the skilled workforce number.

The centre offers skill training and certification of global standards besides Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT).
